Unfortunately delays from the carrier may occur from time to time and this is out of our control. If nobody is home to receive the order, the carrier reserves the right to leave it in a safe place if there is a safe place to do so. If the driver does not believe there is a safe place, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office or collection point for collection. Little Feather is not liable for parcels that show as delivered and go missing (this is also not covered under insurance). If you would like someone to sign for the delivery rather than being left in a safe place, please ensure you contact us to request this.

Our gifts are carefully packed into a beautifully designed kraft postage gift box which is safe and secure for shipping. Each gift box includes a greeting card that can be personalised during checkout.

Products purchased individually under the Create Your Own section will be packed and posted in a courier bag if no gift box was selected. Please be aware that our greeting cards are included only with a gift box wrapping purchase.

No, we never send any pricing with the parcels. You will receive a confirmation and receipt of your order to the email address supplied. The recipient will not receive any pricing.
